What’s the dirgha pranayama?
Breathing technique where you fill all three chambers of the lungs, beggining with your lower lungs, moving upwards through thoracic region, into clavicular region
What are the benefits of the dirgha pranayama?
- promotes proper diaphragm breathing
- oxygenates the blood
- purges the lungs of residual carbon dioxide
