- Signs of anaemia
- Abdominal exam for pelvic masses
- Vaginal exam

A
- Haemodynamic instability, pallor, cool peripheries
- Foetal lie
- Abdo exam (differential abruption if tenderness and a firm uterus)
- NO pelvic exam

A
- haemodynamic instability
- foetal lie (longitudinal)
- woody uterus w/abdo tenderness +/- back pain
- foetal stress (doppler, CTG)
