A
Role of exposure is to ensure that no significant clinical info is missed . During this we look for signs of injuries, colour chnages and any rashes.
Ofc you would have to examine whole body so imporatnt to maintain dignity/ minimise heat loss

if temp was not recorded earlier in the assessment it should be done now.
Normal temp is 36.5- 37.5

Skin integrity- Should also be assessed as its the first line of defence aggainst our environemnt so signs of injury and illnesss is improtant for ABCDE

Eczema
Measles
Allergy
Purpura-purple coloured spots(seek help immediatey)
