A

Wealthy countries are able to use the resources more efficiently countries can produce the same goods more quickly at a lower cost
Dependence on forging goods, create difficulties, in timer for one and country, is cut off by enemy action
Extreme specialization which makes a country depend on one or two industries only is bad. This is like putting all one eggs in one basket
