Symptoms
withdrawal symptoms including: irritability, tremors, apnea, hypertonia, hypersensitivity to sensory stimuli, seizures
withdrawal symptoms manifest within first 24 hrs after birth, dissipates within 1 week
–treatment avoidance of sensory overload and use of phenobarbital for seizures
FAS
