What is shahadah and when is it said?
- shahadah is the declaration of faith
- it is said at birth, before death, when someone converts and throughout the day
During which festival is Zakat commonly given and in what form?
Eid al-Fitr
- charities and mosques give it in the form of food
- normal people pay £5 (known as Zakat ul fitr) for food for the less fortunate
