Fundamental Flashcards
The arms make a circle in front, with fingertips almost touching each other. The arms should be rounded with elbows bent and slightly below the shoulder, the wrists slightly below the elbows and the palms facing your chest.
First Arm Position
Feet are apart sideward at about shoulder width and with toes pointing outward
Second Feet position
Heels should be together at a 45 degree angle and toes should point outward
First feet position
arms are extended sideward, with elbows slightly bent like a half circle and lower than shoulder level. Wrists are higher than the elbows but slightly lower than the shoulder level. Palms are faced upward and fingers are slightly rounded
Second arm position
Feet are together with the toes of your left (right) foot positioning outward, and the right (left) foot heel placed near the instep of the other foot
Third feet position
The right (left) arm is extended above the head and is slightly forward, making a half circle, and with elbows and wrists slightly bent, palms facing downward and fingers slightly rounded. The left (right) arm remains in second position.
Third arm position
The left (right) foot remains in third position. The right (left) foot is placed diagonally forward, with the heel pointing to the toes of the other foot.
Fourth feet position
The left (right) foot remains in third position. The rear part of the right (left) foot is placed in front of the toes of the left (right) foot and toes pointing outside almost in line with heel of the other foot.
Fifth feet position
Both arms are extended above the head and slightly forward, making a half circle, slightly bending the elbow and the wrist. Palms are facing downward, and fingers are slightly rounded.
Fifth Arm Position
The right (left) arm remains in fourth position. The left (right) arm in first position.
