Club fungi: they are mushrooms grows above ground structure called basidiocarp inside it and I has many shapes
Sac fungi: causes bread though to rise. Some are harvested by people for food
Zygote fungi: can cause bread to develop mold it grows over materials it reproduce w asexual sexual reproduction
Lichens: caused by imperfect fungi
They are added to the milk
