Aquifer
Layers of rock through which water can flow; a store for underground water.
Advection Fog
Condensation that drifts onto land as low cloud or fog

A well that penetrates underground rock to release water to the surface that has been held under pressure.
Delta
A nearly flaky plain between outspreading branches of a river at its mouth.
