  1. Even though the EOSTI is activating with more than 33% of breathable air remaining, members are still required to exit the IDLH upon VibraAlert activation.
  2. For accountability and tracking purposes units are to notify the Incident Commander upon activation of their VibraAlert requesting relief inside the IDLH atmosphere.
  3. Upon exiting the IDLH atmosphere, units will confirm they have left the IDLH with the Incident Commander.
  4. SCBA cylinders shall be changed when the cylinder pressure gauge indicator reads 5000 psi or less.
