Secondary sources are things outside of law that criticise, explain or discuss a legislation such as law journal, articles, books etc.
*they discuss the law, but it isn’t law itself.

A
Legislation and case law is the primary sources of law.

the difference between Commercial and Corporation?
A
Commercial is more about sales of good, consumer rights, whereas Corporation law is about types of businesses, shareholders, agency, members etc.
