A

prior to IR products produced by hand in ‘cottage industries’ (located in people’s homes) this was slow to produce and required lots of manual labour

after IR products produced more efficiently in factories which operate 24 hours a day

A

no more ‘cottage industries’ instead peoples needed to work in factories in cities so people migrated to urban areas and change in agriculture meant less farmers needed so farmers also migrated to urban areas in search for work
