In what situations do you use the present perfect subjunctive?
Something that already happened in the past that is affecting (will, emotion, doubt, uncertainty) in the present

Present Subjunctive of haber + past participle

What is the difference between the present subjunctive, present perfect subjunctive, and past subjunctive
