Elbows

  • rheumatoid nodules
  • psoriatic plaques

Wrist: prayer, phalens (inverted prayer)
Thumb: extension, abduct, adduct and opposition
MCP/IP: fist, straighten fingers

Passive
Wrist: dorsiflex, plantarflex
MCP/IP as a group
