• Contractor provided RAMS however these were not site specific and I therefore rejected access on their proposed date.
• Requested site specific RAMS which were sent over and following approval, the contractor attended to carry out the works

Yes, following my IOSH certification I am competent to review RAMS

They were not site specific and did not appropriately address the risks
