Talk through these 3 with the captain. If still no response, tell tower we’re going missed, if still nothing then whatever I have to do to avoid a crash.

Captain interacting inappropriately with a flight attendant.
Tell him it’s inappropriate regardless of whether the FA is ok with it or not. I’d first attempt to joke and say they can meet up after the flight if they want and I’m not around since it’s none of my business. I’d also try to talk with the FA privately to make sure she’s ok.
Tell me about a time you had a conflict and couldn’t resolve it.
Grace stage check before Xmas. Student worked really hard and got backed up by the audit process and their errors. I tried to get her scheduled before she left for holiday break since she had a trip planned back home to see her family after she waited for 2 months. She asked to meet with the chief pilots so we set up a time and talked about it. She was understanding and when she finally had her EOC and passed I congratulated her and thanked her for working so hard after the wait.
What would you do if captain wanted to drink inside 12 hours?
Suggest him to call in sick if drinking already. If he doesn’t tell him remind him of standards reports. If still doesn’t remove yourself from the situation max call in sick and report the situation to professional standards.
