Q

Describe both:

Induction training!

On the job training!

Off the job training!

A

Induction training is when an employee is trained when they are first employed. This is usually to make the employee more aware about the role they are undertaking, and the business as a whole. It also allows them to become more familiar with their surroundings.

On the job training is where an employee is trained while still working at the business. This is commonly done through coaching.
