She changes by realising the mistakes she makes in the build up to the death of Eva smith

He may not realise his mistakes but he still feels awful for the death and shows some socialist change
How does Birling change
After the inspector leaves, he show glimpse of change but goes back to capitalist ways as soon as he finds out he is a fake
How does mrs Birling change
She does not change thigh she goes through a similar process like mr Birling
How does Gerald change
Gerald is in the middle, he is upper class but still quite young but shares quite capability views, like the elders
