Kills agranulocytosis, hepatitis or hepatic failure.
Also avoid this drug in the first trimester of pregnancy.

A
Adrenergic symptoms (palpitations, heat intolerance, diaphoresis, tremor), weight loss, exophthalmos, anxiety psychosis
-presentation can vary from mild to severe.
