- Visually search for intruder
- Brief PM what you will do if turns into RA (“I will turn off AP, you turn off FDs, and I will adjust pitch to stay in the green”)

RA
- PF: AP OFF, Adjust vertical speed
- PM: FD OFF, notify ATC (“United 320, TCAS RA”)

When clear of contact:
- PF: Re-automate (AOA)
- PM: “Unite 320, clear of conflict returning to assigned altitude”

Q

Emergency Landing - All Engine Failure

What is the range when at Green Dot?

A
  1. APU - Start
Fly Green Dot Speed until slowing for approach
Range is approximately 2.5nm per 1000 feet
  2. FLAPS - 2
  3. VAPP - Determine based on GW
  4. If Ditching - Gear Up, DITCHING pb ON
If Hard Surface landing - Arm Spoilers, when landing assured (~1000ft) Gear Down

Prior to touchdown:
5. Brace Signal - “Brace, brace, brace”

For flare:
6. Touchdown - at min V/S
7. Pitch - 5°-8° (11° water)

When stopped:
8. Both ENG MASTERS - OFF
9. APU - As required
10. Evacuation QRC - Consider
