A
Indo business has been bad
Last year mckinsey came, made recommendations and created 20 workstreams.
Turns out some of these recommendations seem odd (1/ there is recruitment 2/ there is coaching)
So we need to bring our key initiatives there and help streamline portfolio of initiatives
