Empezar mas temprano para resolver casos y no perder SLA de los casos, contactar a gente dueñas de gates o de SPS que están en otra zona horaria para resolver dudas o incluso tener meetings y así poder resolver las dudas y avanzar y dar seguimiento a los proyectos. Conectarme en sábados.
