dull eyes, dull complexion, heaviness in body, prognosis is unfavorable, qi exhausted, essence declined, disease is severe
false spirit
patient suddenly improves during terminal stage, yang/yin separation, imminent death
spirit disturbance
pathogenesis totally different from type caused by essence, blood or Zheng qi exhaustion; consciousness lost; not necessarily critical conditions
