Exiles

A

These are our wounded parts, traumatic experiences, neglect, sadness. We bury deep down inside because they are too painful to acknowledge. By keeping them burried, we protect them from being damaged.

Managers

A

Managers are what allow us to keep our buried parts buried deep down inside. The role is to manage the day to day living.

Firefighters

A

When are internal system recognizes that our managers are failing to protect our exiled parts, firefighters must step in to either prevent or manage crisis. Firefighter parts may express themselves through abusing drugs, self harm, withdrawl and isolation.
