Thank you for having me. I’m Amir. I’m the head of product management at ParsiCanada, which is one of the biggest immigration companies in Iran, like The Applyboard, where I have been for the last six years.
I lead 5 internal products, including CRM, project management, Booking platform, and LMS.

My biggest strength is my ability to be a supportive and caring leader for my team. I believe that the cornerstone of effective product management is not just strategic thinking and technical expertise, but also fostering a positive, collaborative team environment. I prioritize understanding and addressing my team’s needs, which creates a more engaged and productive group. This approach has been instrumental in my past successes, allowing us to achieve challenging goals and innovate effectively.
