I don’t say NO

my biggest weakness is that i find it hard to say no to people. In the past i have taken too many responsibilites because i have basically always said yeah no problem, it is nice to be helpful. but that doesnt mean you hinder your own performance by accepting too much responsibiliird. I am learning to be more mindful about it. make sure to take on responsibilites when i know i can successfuly complete.

during my trainee year in Positive I helped to develop indicator that is used by senior traders

old process was traders use market squawk for large stock moving news but often stock move before squawk announces

i proposed to built large movers sheet for each indices, group of us took the project and we eventually turned into real indicator.
