*Uses “pull” system
Japanese for “signboard”

What is Little’s Law?
A
States that the more work you have in progress, the slower the work becomes.
- Cycle times are proportional to queue lengths
- Completion timescan be predicted based on queue size
Average cycle time = Avereage WIP/Average Throughput
