Contraindications
A
- patients with high anesthetic risk
- patients who are unable to tolerate the endoscopic examination
- patients with cardiac pacemaker
- patients with severe comprise of the vital organs including heart, lungs, and kidneys
- patients with severe anemia or infection or patients with other high risks
- patients who are taking anti-coagulant IR anti platelet agents or patients with coagulation disorders
- patients with non-lifting signs, namely, injection of normal saline into the sub mucosa of the lesion base cannot result in local uplift
