Q

Describe the structure of the clavicle

3
Q

Describe the features of the scapula

A
  1. Spine: divides the supraspinous fossa and infraspinous fossa
  2. Glenoid fossa: meteoroid hole for humerous head articulation
  3. Coricoid process: protrudes anteriorly, stabilises shoulder
  4. Acromion process: lateral part of the scapula spine, clavicle attaches here

Q

Describe the features of the humerus

A
  1. Anatomical + surgical head
  2. Tuberosities: muscle attachment, bicipital groove
  3. Epicondyles: muscle attachment
  4. Condyles: joints; articulation w/ other bone
