This Act has also been amended by the Enterprise Act 2016. This
provides for damages for late payment of insurance claims. . In the exam you would be correct in saying that the Enterprise Act 2016 provides for damages for late payment of insurance claims. You may wish to add that this was done by amending the Insurance Act 2015.
