What is the 40/60 rule
-If a rating system is appropriate for 40% or less of a LEED projects gross floor area, then that rating should be used
-if a rating system is appropriate for 60% or more of a LEED projects gross floor area, then that rating system should be used
-between 40-60% the project team should decide what is appropriate
