A

A

Limited capacity to litigate in civil proceedings (assistance is needed) -guardians may sue/be sued on their behalf.
If their guardian refuses to assist/ is the other party to a lawsuit/their interests clash with the minor’s then the court may appoint a curator ad litem to represent them.&raquo_space;> the court may grant older minors the authority to conduct litigation unassisted (venia agendi ).
