Physical Fitness
It has five components; These are components of health we need to possess to perform daily activities.
Health-Related Fitness Components
Enables the heart and lungs to efficiently supply oxygen and nutrients throughout the body
Cardiovascular Endurance
The ability of the muscles to use their strength repetitively or continuously.
Muscular Endurance
The amount of force our muscles exert to perform a certain task.
Muscular Strength
Ability of the body parts to do a wide range of motion.
Flexibility
Pertains to the build of the body regarding lean tissues and fat tissues. Lean tissues include our muscles, bones, vital tissues, and organs.
Body Composition
Being healthy through having balance and harmony in the physical, mental or intellectual, emotional, social, and moral-spiritual wellness
Holistic Health
This refers to the state of the body composition, development, function, and maintenance.

Physical Dimension
This entails the wellness of the mind, having good reasoning, making rational decisions, and being able to analyze, evaluate, and create.
Starts either an (I) or (M)
Mental or Intellectual Dimension
This involves the ability of an individual to cope with his or her own or other people’s feelings.
Emotional Dimension
This is associated with the ability to build and manage harmonious and satisfying relationships with others.
Social Dimension
This is the spiritual wholeness that refers to one’s faith, belief, and values
