Q

RPA- microscopy using a microscope explain 6/7 points

A
  1. Rotate the objective lens until the one with the lowest magnification is in line with the stage
  2. Turn the coarse focus so that the stage is as close to the objective lens as possible.
  3. Place the slide onto the stage
4.line it up so the specimen is in the centre, where the light passes through
  4. Focus the slide by turning the coarse focus so the stage moves away from the objective lens
  5. Use fine focusing dial to bring the specimen into clear focus
  6. To calculate the total magnification times the magnification of the eye lens by the magnification of the objective lens.
