Milk, cheese, green veggies, cereals, beans

Transport of oxygen in the blood
What are some sources of iron
Nuts, green veggies, meat
How many macro minerals do you need compared to micro minerals
You need more than 100mg/day of macro minerals and less than 100mg/day of micro minerals
