Q

Why do we have a MOE?

A

Why do we have a MOE?

We are a part 145 organisation and as part of the EASA regulations every company who holds a Part 145 approval must have an MOE. The MOE describes how the organisation complies with the EASA regulations.
It is approved by the national authority which in our case is the IAA. The MOE requires IAA approval when updated.
Part 145 organisations have a MOE and Part M organisations have a CAMO.
As we are a Part M and a Part 145 organisation we have both documents in the one book it is called an MMOE
