A

Two containers of water
Hot 98-110 Deg
Cold 50-60 Deg
Need thermometer to closely monitor water temperature
Start Warm water then to cold water
3-4 minutes warm water 1 minute cold water
Repeat 5-6 times for a total treatment of 25-30 minutes
