what are pathogens
disease causing agents that disrupt the normal physiology of the infected organism
what is a chronic illness
the experience of a disease that persists over time (at least 6 months)
what is an acute illness
the experience of a disease that is short-term in nature

any restriction or lack of ability to perform within the range considered normal for a human being

the result when an individual with an impairment cannot fulfill a normal life role
