What is Motion Media?
Visual medium simulating movement through graphics, footage, and videos, often combined with audio, text, or
interactive elements, termed as integrated sight-and-sound kinetic media.

This technique is applied when the television network schedules similar programs back-to-back. This
concept is done to provide similar programming from a different television network to retain viewership.

GMA Telebabad VS ABS- CBN’s Primetime Bida
Block Programming
A strong lead-in technique is when the television network puts up a power cast or is in demand on a specific
program. This also includes putting popular guest stars on a television program.
Examples: kathniel, lizquen, jadine, aldub
Strong Lead-in
A technique used in broadcast programming whereby an unpopular television program is scheduled
between two popular ones in the hope that viewers will watch it.
Example: The Voice-ratedk-GGV in this scheduling practice, Rated K was hammocked by more trending
programs like The Voice and GGV.
