A

Most common presentation is Hypercalcaemia

3 P’s

  • Parathyroid 95% (raised due to hyperplasia)
  • Pituitary 70% (tumours)
  • Pancreas 50% (tumours)

Can get hypercalcaemia

Medullary Thyroid cancer (70%)

  • Parathyroid (60%)
  • Phaeochromocytoma
