A
Most common presentation is Hypercalcaemia
3 P’s
- Parathyroid 95% (raised due to hyperplasia)
- Pituitary 70% (tumours)
- Pancreas 50% (tumours)

Can get hypercalcaemia
Medullary Thyroid cancer (70%)

- Phaeochromocytoma
