A

The Prime minister chooses persons for cabinet positions.
If the Prime Minister resigns or is removed from office the cabinet members are removed as well. So that the new Prime Minister can choose his cabinet.

  • If they desire to serve in either of these branches, they must first resign from the judiciary and then be elected or appointed to positions in these branches
  • Resignation is also a must for legislators or Cabinet members who desire positions in the Judiciary
