Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor - pyridostigmine
Thymectomy
Steroids/azathioprine
emergency treatment with plasma exchange or immunoglobulin

What clinical feature can help distinguish between Lambert-Eaton and Myasthenia Gravis?
A
On repeated stimulation there is fatiguability in both conditions, but in Lambert-Eton there is a “second wind” where power returns.
