1
Q

Q

What is the training effect?

A

Training has been shown to lead to changes in the strength of existing neural connections and to the emergence of new connections

Q

What is long term potentiation?

A

The long lasting enhancement in communication between two neurons that results from stimulating them simultaneously

Predominantly by improving the postsynaptic cell’s sensitivity to signals received from the presynaptic cell, increased activity of existing neuroreceptirs and increased number of receptors
