Q

What are Acids?

A
  • PH less than 7
  • Strong acids carefully ionised in water, weak acids do not ionised much in water
  • More H+ ions = stronger the acids

Q

What is Alkalis?

A
  • Release hydroxide ions (OH-)
  • PH more than 7
  • Strong alkalis fully ionised in water, and weak alkalis don’t ionised much in water
