Respect and dignity - treating everyone with kindness and respect, valuing and understanding diversity, and ensuring that privacy and confidentiality are maintained.

Commitment to quality of care - providing safe, effective, and evidence-based care that is tailored to each individual’s needs.
What is the third value?
Compassion - putting the patient at the center of everything we do, showing empathy, understanding, and sensitivity towards their needs and feelings.
What is the fourth value?
Improving lives - striving to improve health outcomes for individuals and communities, reducing health inequalities, and promoting healthy lifestyles.
What is the fifth value?
Working together for patients - working collaboratively and effectively with colleagues, other organizations, and communities to deliver high-quality care.
What is the sixth value?
Everyone counts - valuing and respecting the contribution of every individual, whether they are a patient, a carer, a volunteer, or a member of staff.
