Pt has LAST. Which anti-arr drugs do you NOT give? Why not?
A
Do not give calcium channel blockers (as they have weak LA toxicity), Do not give phenytoin becasue it blocks sodium channels and increases delay in cardiac tissue.

A
Amiodarone, then maybe flecanide or procainamide
