A

  • Depressed mood
  • Loss of interest/pleasure
  • Insomnia/hypersomnia
  • Change in appetite or weight
  • Psychomotor retardation/agitation

  • Poor concentration
  • Worthelssness or guilt
  • Thoughts of death or suicide

Hx of depression, marital conflict, stressful life events in previous 12 months, lack of perceived social support, living w/o a partner, unplanned pregnancy, previous miscarriage, not breastfeeding, sick leave during pregnancy, congenital malformations, GDM, hx of bipolar d/o, family psych history
