• Act as the second in command to the Aircraft Captain by assisting the pilot in command to operate the aircraft safely, compliantly and efficiently in accordance with legislative requirements and procedures contained within the Operations Manual series;
• Carry out all lawful commands from the pilot in command promptly and courteously, unless there is a perceived threat to the safety of the flight;
• Participate in the promotion and monitoring of teamwork and morale;
• Demonstrate proactive cooperation and professionalism between the company, contracting and other aircraft logistic support staff;
• Maintain high operational standards and technical knowledge;
• Demonstrate sound airmanship, knowledge, understanding and application of applicable operations manual procedures;
• Maintain safety standards and be proactive in safety
