Regular clinical and echo monitorig
baloon valvulotomy can be used as temporising measure before surgery/replacement

main mx- transcatherer aortic valve replacement - then will need prophylactic abx and anti coagulation

Mx of pulmonary stenosis

Answer 2

Mild form is main and asymptomatic-so follow up

moderate/severe- baloon dilation is treatment of choice
endocarditis prophylaxis
