- Abdominal irritation of the abdominal mucosa causing bleeding
- Radiotherapy causes this and usually occurs in pevlic/sigmoid colon/rectum cancer patients

Right sided - Altered blood PR - Vague pain - Weakness - Obstruction Left sided - Napkin skin lesion - Fresh/altered blood - Altered bowel habit
